SB 407 Water Fixture Replacement Requirement for the State of California

Since 2007, and again in 2023, for all California Property Owners; A Seller or Transferor of a single family residential, multifamily, & commercial real property must disclose to a purchaser or transferee all noncompliant plumbing fixtures.

All Single family residential properties built prior to Jan. 1st 1994, will need to replace (or retrofit) all noncompliant plumbing fixtures with water conserving plumbing fixtures. Including: Toilets, Shower heads, & Faucets.
